Day 2 of AXIS '10

Design a heat exchanger which will cool a liquid from the room temperature to lower temperature. Liquid wil be provided at a constant flow rate (3 litres/minute) for a specific duration of time (y minutes).
At the end of 5 minutes, candidates are suppose to submit the cooled volume of liquid immediately for judging purposes.
Please note that the candidates can use upto a maximum of (15 litres) of liquid
only.
